PLACE OF DATA PROCESSING

Data are transmitted to: the data processor Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. This may also involve the transfer of personal data to a country outside the European Union. Data are transferred to the United States based on Art. 45 of the GDPR in conjunction with the European Commission’s adequacy decision C(2023) 4745, as the data recipient has committed to complying with the data processing principles of the Data Privacy Framework (DPF).

The individuals to whom the personal data refer have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of such data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration, updating, or rectification (Art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). Pursuant to the same article, you have the right to request the erasure, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object in any case, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.
